LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines — Two unidentified men, believed to be salvage victims, were found in an upland village here on Tuesday morning. Geremias Leron, chief of Barangay Bariis, said the bodies were seen by a villager who was mending his farm, in a grassy area several meters from the road in Purok (sub-village) 4 of the said village at around 6 a.m.ADVERTISEMENTAccording to Leron, the victims were not residents of the village and might have been killed in another place before they were dumped.
