SAN PEDRO CITY – Two suspected robbers were killed while an alleged illegal drug pusher was hurt in separate police operations in Rizal province. In Cainta, an alias “JR” and his still unidentified companion were killed in a shootout in Barangay (village) San Andres at about 1:30 a.m. Monday. During the chase, one of the suspects began to shoot, prompting police to shoot back and kill them. Meanwhile in Morong town, drug suspect Ivan Jos Paracarey was shot in the left leg in a shootout at about 9:50 p.m. Sunday. Paracarey was the target of a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Pedro.
