Two Scout Rangers were injured when the transit bus they were riding figured in a road accident. The soldiers were on a vehicle that was part of a convoy of buses and military trucks leaving Marawi City and travelling to Iligan City. The mishap took place along a highway in Barangay Maria Cristina in Iligan City on Wednesday morning. The injured soldiers were brought to a hospital. Other government troopers who survived the crash were transferred to other vehicles.
