From Tribune staff reportsST. CLAIR COUNTY — Two people are dead in St. Clair County and two are dead in Birmingham following an overnight shooting rampage. The suspect is in custody in the St. Clair County Jail in Ashville, according to Sheriff Billy Murray. Watson is being booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Ashville for one count of capital murder and one count of murder with a gun. Birmingham police found a male and female victim, both shot to death, at the 8th Avenue South residence. Murray said St. Clair deputies were alerted to a disturbance on Ivy Drive in Ragland around midnight on Monday.
