LUCENA CITY – Two policemen were gravely wounded when three unidentified men hacked them in Polillo town in Quezon province early Sunday. The suspects reportedly blocked the path of the policemen before suddenly hacking the lawmen repeatedly and fleeing on foot. ADVERTISEMENTSalvosa and Agarao were brought to the Polillo Medicare Hospital for treatment of severe wounds on different parts of their bodies. Armamento, the provincial police director, went to Real town to see the victims and ordered their transfer to the PNP General Hospital in Camp Crame in Quezon City. The police official also dispatched additional policemen to Polillo to assist in hunting down the attackers.
