Durham police say a male and a female are in life-threatening condition after a shooting in Ajax on Wednesday afternoon. The shooting happened in the intersection of Kingston Road and Harwood Avenue. Police were called to the area at about 4:20 p.m. for reports of shots fired. She said there was an altercation before the shooting, which doesn't appear to be a random act. Durham police officers look at a white car that appears to have been fired upon in Ajax on Wednesday.
