MANILA, Philippines — The two at large suspects in the killing of a radio broadcaster in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental may surrender to authorities, police said Tuesday. Roger Rubio of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company and alleged gambling lord Tomacino Aledro may surrender amid pursuit operations against them. Police are eyeing three angles in the killing: the victim’s work in the media, politics, and land dispute. Gen.
