FOR allegedly impersonating Directors of Main street Bank two men, Chester Ukandu and George Achi on Tuesday, arraigned before a Federal High Court in Lagos. According to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), both accused falsely portrayed themselves as Directors of Main street Bank Registrars Ltd, through a letter dated Feb 14. After their arraignment, the prosecutor, Mr Ayokunle Fayaju urged the court to remand the accused in custody pending trial. However, the defense Counsel, Mr Samuel Agwe, urged the court to grant the accused bail on liberal terms. In his ruling, Justice Mohammed Aikawa granted the accused bail in the sums of N20 million each, with one surety each in like sum.
