Two people died and one person was injured when a small plane crashed near the Auburn Municipal Airport on Friday morning, authorities said. The plane crashed along Dry Creek Road near Haines Road, not far from the Black Oak Golf Course, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office said. Video posted on social media by the Sheriff’s Office showed the plane’s wreckage among trees. PCSO deputies are responding to the area of Black Oak Golf Course in Auburn, for a plane crash. On Wednesday, a small plane crashed at the Corona Municipal Airport, killing four people.
