Ontario's police watchdog says a man and a woman are dead after a shooting inside a hospital emergency room in Cobourg, Ont. The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has taken over the investigation at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg, about 115 kilometres east of Toronto. Several Cobourg police vehicles were seen parked near the main entrance to the emergency room at Northumberland Hills Hospital after the shooting late Friday night.
