Share TweetBy Jel SantosAuthorities are still hunting down the two personnel of the Anti-Jaywalking Unit of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) who allegedly issued fake receipts to jaywalkers, an official of the agency said Friday. According to MMDA Spokesperson Celine Pialago, Jonathan Natividad and Frederick Arucan are still at large. The 48 personnel of the Anti-Jaywalking unit were placed under floating status. She said that the one who issued the fake receipt was Joanna Eclarinal, 34, the unit’s deputy for operations.
