Airport Armed Police Battalion (APBn) Additional Superintendent of Police (operations and media) Alamgir Hossain confirmed the matter on Friday. Members of APBn detained Shakil, and seized the yaba pills on Thursday evening. During primary interrogation, he confessed to carrying the contraband pills inside his stomach, the police official said. During the interrogation, Shakil revealed that one Parvez financed him to purchase the yaba pills from another person, named Abir at Teknaf in Cox's Bazar. A case was filed against Shakil with the Airport police station under the Narcotics Control Act, Alamgir added.
