MANILA, Philippines — Famous personalities and celebrities in the country who have rendered outstanding public service in their particular fields will be honored at the first Rotary Wheel Celebrity Awards for Public Service (RWCAPS) tomorrow, April 26, 6 p.m. at the Marble Hall of the Ayuntamiento Bldg., Bureau of Treasury, Intramuros, Manila. Joey Faller, PAGCOR chairman Andrea Domingo, PAO chief Persida Rueda Acosta, PETA’s Cecile Guidote Alvarez, Isabela Gov. Carlos Dominguez III, Napoleon Marilag of Dugong Alay Dugtong Buhay and Dr. Reynaldo Vea. Lisa Macuja-Elizalde, Director Vince TañadaAliw Awards Foundation, Inc. president Alice Reyes said, “Expect performances from Aliw awardees Gerphil Flores, Merjohn Lagaya, Jade Riccio, David Ezra, Reuben Laurente, Ronnie Diao and Halili Cruz Dancers. RJ Ledesma and Jennifer Lee will host the show which will be attended by Sen. Cynthia Villar as the guest speaker.”Meanwhile, Angel Locsin, Daniel Razon and Wilson Tieng will receive the Emy Abuan Memorial Awards.
