ExpressThe Haryana government on Sunday distributed compensation Rs 3 crore to 42 victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in Gurgaon, following recommendations of the Justice Garg Commission. The Commission had recommended Rs 12 crore be distributed among victims of the riots from Gurgaon and Pataudi. Riot victims, however, feel the recommended compensation is not in proportion to their losses.
