At least 19 people were burned in a gas balloon explosion in Tongi, Gazipur on Monday. The incident happened in the afternoon at Tongi Bazar. According to locals, gas balloons had been stored in a room at Tongi Bazar for a BNP rally. The explosion occurred while removing them from the room. As a result, 19 people were burned.
