The name of the man who died in a workplace accident at a Hamilton warehouse has been released by police. He was Jacob Campbell Thomas Woods, 18. Woods died from crushing injuries believed to have occurred after he got trapped between a swing lift and a shipping container at Torpedo 7's distribution warehouse on Sharpe Rd, Rukuhia, about 6.30pm on Wednesday.
