Apichart JinakulThe Supreme Administrative Court is reviewing 18 cases related to the recent election and referendum, with one case already dismissed, two rejected, and one withdrawn, says Prawit Boonthiem, vice president of the court. Speaking about progress on the cases, Mr Prawit said that under the 2018 organic law governing elections, authority over election-related disputes is divided among several courts, including the Constitutional Court, the Administrative Court system, and the courts of justice. Mr Prawit said the 18 cases under review were filed both with lower administrative courts and directly with the Supreme Administrative Court. In addition, the Supreme Administrative Court has rejected another case concerning the use of the word "approve" on the referendum ballot.
