BHUBANESHWAR: At least 18 alleged Maoists were killed by early Monday morning in a joint operation in Malkangiri carried out by Andhra Pradesh and Odisha police. One constable was injured said a senior police officials. “The area where the hour long encounter took place is a cut off area in Chitrakonda, Malkangiri.
