Authorities say a 16-year-old boy shot and critically wounded by a Fresno police officer was linked to a shooting a day earlier that led to the death of another teenager. Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer says the 16-year-old and his 17-year-old brother are suspected of shooting at a car that crashed on Friday. Officials didn't immediately say if he died from the crash or a bullet fired into the vehicle. He says the officer opened fire when the teen made movements toward his waistband and led him to believe there was a weapon. The Fresno Bee reports that police are searching Sunday for the 17-year-old brother.
