Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu said that both the DENR and the LLDA issued a total of 22 orders against the 16 establishments. The LLDA recommended cease and desist orders on four establishments, three with ex-parte orders, eight Notices of Violation for water pollution and seven Notices of Violation of other provisions under RA 4850. Given cease and desist orders were: Billion Bldg./Phil. Ex-parte orders were issued to Le Mirage De Malate, Builders 200 Inc; Smart Land Resources, and Malate Bayview Mansion, all in Malate, Manila.
