A teenager has been beaten to death in Tongi, allegedly by his employer. Police arrested the owner of the shop where Tomal, 14, worked and one of the teenager’s friends after his mother filed a complaint with Tongi police on Wednesday night. Shop owner Ahsan Ullah, 32, and Tomal’s friend Nazmul Mia, 14, have denied the charges. “Around 11:15pm, his friend Nazmul and shop owner Ahsan informed us that his body had been found at an under-construction building,” Apon said. The teenager’s mother Hujura Begum named Ahsan as the prime suspect in her compliant.
