WANA: At least 14 persons, including six women and eight children, were killed in flash flood in South Waziristan Agency on Saturday. According to officials, a vehicle heading to a wedding party was travelling from Wana to Zarmilan in the Toi Khullah tehsil. It drowned, taking its occupants with it, when it was caught in the flash flood. The bodies of the deceased have been recovered from the water. As per the officials, six children remain missing and Pakistan Army and district administration officials are searching for them.
