IPOH: A 13-year-old boy has been arrested after his 17-year-old sister gave birth to his baby in Kampar on Sunday (Dec 16). Kampar OCPD Supt Hasron Nazri Hashim said the boy was detained after his sister gave birth to a baby girl in the toilet of their family home on 3:30pm on Saturday (Dec 15). That is when her mother rushed in and found her daughter covered with blood and a baby in the toilet bowl. “However, she did not know that she was pregnant because she had no symptoms while carrying the baby. The boy has since been detained for investigations under Section 376B of the Penal Code.
