I got a job offer last Friday. The salary offer is just okay. When I said "I'm really committed to getting the $80K salary target you and I spoke about" Lou said "I understand. Lou knows how much I can help him and the whole company. I don't expect him to improve his original offer by the whole $5.6K gap between the original offer and my salary target.
