City Hall is probing 13 matatu saccos and some county staff over loss of Sh3.4 million in irregular sale of seasonal parking tickets. Preliminary investigations by county internal investigators showed saccos and some Parking and Finance staff were linked to the loss of Sh3,367,100. An internal memo was written on the preliminary report on the probe into payment of seasonal tickets using company cheques.
