Photo: NZ Herald/Stephen ParkerA 12-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in relation to a stolen car that crashed twice near the central city yesterday. Rotorua police crime prevention manager Inspector Stuart Nightingale has confirmed the boy is now in police custody. He has been charged with six counts of stealing Mazda Demio cars and one count of burglary. Police confirmed in a statement yesterday a stolen Mazda Demio failed to stop for police about 4pm yesterday.
