An 11-year-old has died after the speeding pickup truck he was driving hit a tree, Louisiana State Police said. Clark James Davis was the only person in the 1993 Ford Ranger when it went off the road, Trooper Glenn Younger said in a news release. The accident occurred alongside Louisiana Highway 802 at around 4.15am Central on Saturday in Webster Parish.
