Share TweetBy Erma EderaEleven passengers and crew were rescued by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) after their motorbanca they were riding capsized off the waters of Barangay Cangmunag, San Juan, Siquijor on Saturday. According to PCG, the motorbanca departed from Dipolog City going to Masbate. Big waves brought by the heavy weather condition caused the motorbanca to capsize, PCG said. PCG said they continues to monitor the capsized motorbanca until its retrieval to prevent possible oil spill or damage to the marine environment.
