Eichardt's Private Hotel's new suite, The Penthouse, will receive its first guests on December 20. For $10,000 a night, they get the run of a 240sq m suite with a 100sq m balcony - complete with spa - with views across Queenstown Bay. Eichardt's is owned by Imperium Capital Group's Andrew Cox, who said The Penthouse catered for a ``new class of ultra-high net worth guests''.
