This will be the sixth year of the youth delegations’ visit to India since the beginning of the programme in 2012. It is being seen as an approach to build bridges between the youths of the two neighbours. They will take a trip to different cities in India such as New Delhi, Agra and Mumbai and see prominent cultural and historical sites, business centres, apart from holding interactions with the youth of India in educational, business, IT and technological institutions. The High Commission of India on Thursday organised a flagging-off ceremony for them at the chancery in Dhaka. The delegation includes 52 women and 48 men, drawn from different regions of the country, diverse backgrounds and educational institutions of Bangladesh.
