Phillips is running against UCP candidate Karri Flatia, Liberal Patricia Chizek, Alberta Party candidate Zac Rhodenizer and Independent candidate Ben Maddison. With longtime MLA and former Liberal Party leader David Swann retiring from politics, this seat is believed to be up for grabs.
