MANILA, Philippines — Ten out of 129 hospitals in Metro Manila were tagged under the “critical” level in terms of bed capacity solely for COVID-19 patients, data from the Department of Health (DOH) as of Nov. 18 showed. The latest figures from the DOH showed that two more hospitals were added under the “critical level” from eight hospitals last Nov. 12.
