Police have arrested 10 people on suspicion of common assault and fighting in a public place in connection with an attack near a "Lennon Wall" in Lok Fu, RTHK reports. Police said that in the early hours of today, two groups of people "clashed" outside Lok Fu Plaza, near a footbridge that leads to the Wang Tau Hom Estate. One person was also believed to have had their phone stolen and broken during the fracas. The councillors alleged that the attackers were still at the site when the first batch of police officers arrived but were not arrested. They said the group fled when police reinforcements arrived shortly afterwards.
