As many as 10 'operatives' of Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) have been named in the chargesheet submitted to Dhaka's Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court on Tuesday, court police official Saiful Islam said. Police officers said the home ministry took two and a half months to approve the chargesheet. Manik, Masud, Shahjalal and Chan Mia are out on bail, according to the chargesheet submitted by Detective Branch Inspector Md Shafiuddin. Arman, Jahid and Kabir gave confessional statements to the court, police said. The chargesheet said 'Albani' alias 'Shahadat' alias 'Mahfuz' alias 'Hojja', slain in a so-called gunfight with police, had masterminded the attack along with 'Abdullah' alias 'Alauddin' alias 'Noman' and 'Sayeed' alias 'Hiron' alias 'Kamal'.
