The 10 Freeway in Fontana was reopened Friday morning after police activity had earlier closed all lanes. The incident began around 4:09 a.m. on the freeway near Citrus Avenue, said California Highway Patrol Officer Mannie Sperbeck. Westbound lanes reopened shortly after 6 a.m., according to a CHP traffic incident report. During the shutdown, vehicles were diverted off the freeway at Citrus Avenue, Sperbeck said.
