Injured were Jaybee Sebastian, Peter Co, Vicente Sy and Clarence Dunggail. NBP Director Rolando Asuncion told Manila Bulletin that the incident happened after 3 Chinese prisoners were reported by a fellow inmate to be using illegal drugs at Building 14.
