A man has been arrested for allegedly duping people on the pretext of speeding up their application process for the Ladli Scheme of the Delhi government. Deputy Commissioner of Police (south-west) Surender Kumar said following a complaint, the accused, Raj Gupta (34), was arrested on June 25 from the Palam area. According to the police, the accused had duped many by taking money from them in the name of the scheme. Soon after taking money from the people, the accused used to shift his base. Around 200 forms of the scheme have been seized from his possession, the police said.
