One man is dead and another injured after a shooting late Wednesday in North Vancouver which police say may have been targeted. Frank Jang of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team said the deceased is 43-year-old Ali Reza Serri. Jang said neither man lived at the duplex where the shooting occurred, and that it isn't known why the men were at that location. RCMP officers and IHIT members at the scene of the homicide in North Vancouver, B.C., where one man died and another was injured.
