About 1,500 more units for quarantine purposes will be completed in stages from July to September,at the government site and the plot reserved for future tourism development at Penny's Bay, the Secretary for Health, Sophia Chan, said today. She said if the coronavirus epidemic situation stablizes and there is no local community outbreak with unknown sources by then, the government will end the use of Chun Yeung Estate as a quarantine center as soon as possible, to allow such that the prospective tenants can move in afterwards.
