Revenue officers seized over 1,100 litres of wine at Dublin Port on Saturday. The discovery was made when a van was searched during routine operations. The van had disembarked a ferry from France. The wine seized has an estimated retail value of over €15,800, representing a loss to the Exchequer of €7,850. Investigations are ongoing.
