Mosgiel scrambled off the bottom of the women’s premiership table with a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Queenstown on Saturday. The game was moved to the Cromwell Football Club due to pitch conditions in Queenstown. Mosgiel found an equaliser three minutes into the second half through Erin Dickie. Both sides played more attacking football in the second half and both came close to adding a second goal. It was a game of few chances, University holding its shape well and giving Roslyn few opportunities to attack.
