According to the police, they received a report from the driver of the white sedan around 4 pm yesterday stating that he had struck a 13-year-old cyclist near Tai Hing Estate. The injured boy was taken to the hospital for medical attention. This video has led to discussion online, with some people stating that the cyclist was selfish and the driver was slow to react.
