Fox News also projects that Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton — who some believe will run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024 — can do so, if he chooses, from the comfort of his Senate seat. That’s because tonight Cotton will win reelection by easily beating his Libertarian challenger, Ricky Dale Harrington.
