“Liberia Making Progress Through Roads Connectivity” – Assistant Minister Paulita Wie – FrontPageAfrica


Namibia – The Assistant Minister for Urban Affairs at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Paulita Wie says the Weah-led government is making progress in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through road connectivity. She spoke in Namibia on behalf of the Liberian Government at an event organized by the Namibian Government in collaboration with Slum Dwellers International in support of the slum communities. First Lady Monica Geingob also lauded the Liberian delegation and expressed her willingness to work with local NGO and the Government of Liberia. She further thanked SDI for the vision of helping the poor and noted that she was delighted to be a supporter of Namibia Housing Action Group. Slum Dwellers International (SDI) is a network of community-based organizations of the urban poor in 33 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
