The classic television series “Baywatch”, which already had a movie in 2017, will now have a serial remake for the platform. The Fremantle content production company announced that it will make a contemporary version of the hit 90s series “Baywatch” or “Guardians of the Bay.”The stars of the original series were Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, and David Hasselhoff. Not much is known about the new version, nor has a creative team been announced to lead the project. The British subsidiary of international television, production and distribution, is also looking for a streaming platform that bets on the idea. It should be remembered that ‘Baywatch’ was on the air for 12 years, from 1989 to 2001.
