T he death of the Queen has sparked an outpouring of grief and tributes from papers around the world. The New York Times carries the front page headline ‘Queen and spirit of Britian’. More than 7,000 miles away in Argentina, daily paper La Nacion is also leading on the Queen’s death, paying tribute to Her Majesty as “a symbol of the 20th Century”. And the Daily Star pays tribute with a direct message to the departed monarch, saying “You did your duty Ma’am”.
