TORONTO — Two games into their NBA Eastern Conference quarterfinal with the Milwaukee Bucks, little has changed for the Raptors. Casey calls it getting ‘happy on the farm.’ For Raptors fans, it’s a real head-scratcher and nothing they associate with happiness of any kind. The good news is the Raptors themselves are far from satisfied with their current level of play, as improved as it was from that first game. “It’s going to be a battle,” Casey said looking ahead to Game 3 on Thursday in Milwaukee. “He did a great job with that team, growing that team, developing that team,” Casey said Wednesday of Stackhouse, who has been a regular visitor on the Raptors bench when scheduling has allowed it.
