more-inColleges and university campuses across India will soon see “walls of heroes” being erected to reinforce respect for war veterans and martyrs in young minds. Conceptualised by former BJP member of Parliament Tarun Vijay, these walls with photographs of all ParamVir Chakra awardees will come up on 1000 campuses across the country. Launching the ‘Vidya-Veerta Abhiyan’ (Knowledge-Valour Campaign) here, Minister for Human Resource Development Prakash Javadekar said donations from students and teachers should fund these walls. The Minister condemned the beheading of two Indian soldiers by Pakistan. Minister of State for Defence Subhash Bhamre also condemned the beheading of the two Indian soldiers.
