The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced it will be compiling a new voter’s register for the 2020 general elections. The NDC has strongly denied such a conclusion has been reached and asked the Electoral Commission to withdraw the "deceptive" and absurd communique. Reacting to the claims by the NDC, on Eyewitness News, Dr. Asare intimated that, the EC will not engage in any partisan media banter, a comment Elvis Afriyie did not take kindly.
