That’s because Trump changes important policies via Twitter – instead of using formal procedures or proper governmental protocol. The latest is Trump ordering, via Twitter, the withdrawal of US forces from Syria. Critics are saying Trump has been using his presidential powers the wrong way. They say Trump should have studied how the Syria problem materialised in the first place – before deciding what should be done to safeguard US interests, preserving the global power structure and maintaining peace in the area.
